Don’t bother with the hot tub - not well maintained and smelled off when we checked it out. Continental breakfast was basic but ok - I don’t think we’d stay here again."

"Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The thermostats were complicated/confusing to operate. We had trouble adjusting the temperature on the mini-fridge to an appropriate setting; it initially froze our food but when we backed off on the setting the freezer section began to defrost and left a wet spot on the carpet. "This hotel is smack dab in the middle of town. Absolutely adorable with the historic charm and nicely renovated. We absolutely loved our stay here and the staff was so sweet. Absolutely loved staying here and was there for my birthday. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to see the cutest hotel ever."

"Great place to stay in the area. Staff super sweet and helpful, very welcoming and congenial. Room was clean and breakfast was just fine."

"The parking was great right in front of your room. Room was down below a restaurant and roof top bar. With excellent view of mountains. The room was very quiet and the bathroom was gorgeous."

"Awesome staff and beautiful property"

"Stay was Amazing!"

"Beautiful place and friendly staff"

"I know I am biased, my wife and I stay here at least two times a year, but we really love this establishment. Highly recommend, you can walk everywhere in town, the hot tubs are natural springs owned by the property, the staff is superlative, what more can I say."

"Great stay overall! The only downside was the limited parking."

"Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again"
