"Enjoyed our stay. Cllose to everything in town."

"Staff was kind and professional. Amenities were fantastic; Happy hour, breakfast, 24 hour coffee/tea, mini market, location, price/value, room. It was all quite good."

"Great"

"Great, comfortable, clean room"

"The room was beautiful and clean. The whole facility was in great shape and an amazing location."

"A good place to take your kids teams, but not good for seniors"

"Heater would blow cold air. You get one sheet and a thin blanket. Froze all night. The fridge doesnt work just made noise all night. Showers need a curtain, you have to step out in cold puddles of water to get shampoo and the tile is uneven. You get one towel. Not enough parking spaces. I will be staying in spirit lake again but never staying here again"

"Clean, maintained, felt safe. Great coffee and staff was friendly"

"The room was full wasn’t cleaned. Pulled back the covers to discover the bed was full of hair… not Just the kind you find on your head either. Went to see about another room and was given a key to go see if it was clean. We moved but the only room left was also pretty dirty. Stains on the comforter, blood stains in the mattress cover, the curtains were…. Well very stained and nasty. The night stand and such were not washed down. We slept fully dressed and didn’t use the blankets, we felt...

"How close it is to where I needed to be."

"Property is under construction, so things were not up to usual standards."

"Once I figured out the no-staff check in process, everything was perfect."
