"Fantastic breakfast, very nice place and extremely kind people and contact! Would go there again for sure!"

"I really wanted to love this property because it was close to a wedding we were attending, and the room itself was spacious and had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we were told that somehow the booking had been made through Expedia, but they didn’t know how it was allowed, and we were made to feel like our reservation was extremely inconvenient. We were told they “had to upgrade” us, but the “upgraded” room was the exact room in the...

" Generally, my family and I had a good stay. We however felt rushed to leave the room to allow for cleaning, with knocks and telephone calls to ask when we would vacate. Sometimes we were woken up by loud vacuum cleaning. It would be good to invest in training of the staff even if they are temporary. One was obviously unwell with a flu as she served breakfast. "Perfect hotel no resson to choose this hotel. Next business trip i will come back again."

"Amazing stay, beautiful property! Even with the construction currently underway my stay was absolutely amazing!"

"Title: Exceptional allergy-friendly service — a truly wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the team at went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My husband has a serious detergent allergy, and the hotel not only provided special hypoallergenic sheets but made sure every member of the housekeeping staff strictly adhered to our request. That attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. Every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The rooms and...

"Convenient location, two great restaurants on site. Lovely to cool down in the pool in the hot climate. Thank you for a lovely stay "

"The views are amazing, you forget you are close to the city. The service was great. Ver friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the Valentine’s dinner performance by the saxophonist was amazing. The rooms might need to be upgraded soon. Towels were a bit hard. But we then upgraded to the executive suites and that side everything was great"

"Extremely clean rooms, helpful staff. The restaurant is truly amazing. We arrived on the Blue Train and stayed 3 nights on the way to Victoria Falls. The driver said most guests arrive or deposit by the Blue Train or Rovos Rail and spend only 1 night. What a pity! The hotel is such a wonderful experience in itself. The driver took us to the Botanical Gardens which is really a very nice park one day and the Zoo the next. He wanted us to see the Union Building and statue of Nelson Mandela. I...
