There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. "Room was clean which as the most important part. Front my desk was nice but the security lady was rude as hell, she was nasty with me because other people were being loud and had to close the bar early, so no one else was allowed to get a drink. Security guard lady was very unprofessional and mean."

"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. "Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. "

"One thing we didn’t like was that there are no “Do Not Disturb” signs to place on the door for housekeeping. We had to notify the housekeeper directly. Luckily we found her in the hallway to let her know. And hotel is located on a major street which has a lot of traffic noice and sirens until very late at night. "

Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!"
