Not what it seems

Staff uninterested and unmotivated to help. Lack of English makes it very hard to ask anything. Facilities ordinary with pool area now a concrete jungle with fence around and buildings. Rooms lack toilet paper, towels and smoking allowed in hotel by mainly Chinese guests (Chinese have bought hotel) is disgusting for non smokers. Last time I stay there.

Ok, parhaat päivänsä nähnyt.

Neljä yötä vietimme hotellissa. Huoneessa oli ummehtunut haju ja kylpyhuoneessa hometta nurkissa. Ilmastointi auttoi raikastamaan huonetta. Allasalue hyvä samoin aamupala. Jos palaisimme varaisimme huoneen uudemmasta rakennuksesta, joka ilmeisesti löytyy Boutique- lisänimellä. Rauhallinen hotelli, mutta parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Hotellin ravintola/ baari kiva kirjan lukemiseen ja juoman nauttimiseen. Lyhyt matka rantaan. Mukava henkilökunta, ystävällinen palvelu.

Not good

Luckily we were only here one night. Hotel split in two, some new bits, some old...we were in the old bit. Room had a horrible musty smell... my wife couldn't even bare the smell long enough to have a shower! Breakfast wasn't nice and tables weren't set up. Spent as little time here as possible

This property has potential. We stayed here 4 nights. Because I booked two nights and then decided to stay on we moved 3 times. First room very good, 2nd room no hot water, 3rd room no hot water, fridge didn't work, AC cool not cold and loose sink tap. Definitely needed improvement!! There is construction next door going on now so no piece at the pool. Plus sides... nice large pool, good buffet breakfast, bell boy, free shuttle to beach club, and for us a good location. We would probably book else where next time as the newer part they wanted an additional $10-$15 USD

All that glitters is not gold.

This place looks good from the outside. It's smelly, poorly run and I was bitten by ants in the bed, just hope the bites don't get infected. Extremely unusual practice of having busloads of tourists/ conferencees at breakfast, a feeding frenzy is not a strong enough term. I avoided an early breakfast to avoid the aggressive eaters.Some actually allowed thier children to strip off and use the pool as a bathroom. I was told they would not accept American dollars for some reason, then told that the already overpriced drink would cost more due to a tax that was not mentioned anywhere in any menu.On arrival, my original room, apparently in the 'old section' was flooded, so I was placed in the 'newer room', supposedly 'better' and told to move in two days. Too tired to argue, I was taken to it and it was dirty, dingy and smelt of sewer, really badly.This smell permeated everything and never improved. Stay anywhere else as the outside pictures hide the true story. It's horrid.

Terrible hotel

Facilities of room is so terrible,TV & phone out of order,very bad smell of room. Bathroom also terrible,this is not comfortable hotel.

Lähellä rantaa ja ruokapaikkoja

Hotellissa on kiva uima-allas. Lähellä paljon paikallisia ruokapaikkoja. Hotellilta tuktuk kuljetus myös Otres rannalle.Minimarket vastapäätä.

Very pleasant excperience.

I was here with my family(5mnths old baby) and it was just perfect place for us.Very nice pool area, good breakfast, helpful stuff(few need more training with hospitality). Good choise, if with family. Also very near to the main beach and close to everything. Place needs to get more dark curtains, otherwise youll wake up with the sun..

Affordable luxury in Sihanouville

Nice modern hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Offer free tuk tuk service to Otres Beach and a free buffet breakfast. Be sure to get there early as they don't restock juice and the hot food goes cold. Gorgeous pool area with sheltered canopied - great for relaxing. The one negative in the room - the pillow for a double bed is a massive body pillow that puts a kink in your neck!

Choose OC Boutique Hotel, not OC Hotel

We booked OC Hotel but realized after 1 night that OC Boutique Hotel was much nicer so we purchased an upgrade. We were told that the old OC was "for Asian tourists" and the new Boutique was for "Western tourist" as they are a bit more demanding. That was very true. So this review is for both hotels, but mainly OC Boutique. Both Hotels: + Nice pool and relaxing area + Very good location near everything in Sihanoukville. You do not need tuk tuk. + Free shuttle to the must nicer beach Otres 1 where OC has a private part. + Very kind and helping staff. Especially the Russian. - Breakfast is not worth eating. Many flies and not much to choose from. - Every room has a door lock that makes a small song when opened. VERY annoying! - The cleaners make a lot of noise in the morning. Loud talking in the hallways. Walkie Talkie is used and is on high volume. OC Hotel: + Cheap - Not any hot water in our room. - No drapes/curtains to cover the strong sun OC Boutique: + Hot water + Drapes to cover the sun A few notes to the management; 1. Change the door locks to a type that do not make a song when opening. 2. Tell the housekeeping to work, and not sit outside the rooms and chat at 0730 in the morning. 3. Chase away the massage sellers on the Otres beach. You provide your own massage service, then no one else should be able to give massage on your private part of the beach.

Kunne vært bedre

hotellet var nok bra,men vi fikk ingenting av det som sto på nettet.Hvis vi ville oppgradere måtte vi betale 20 dollar mer,og da ville vi få kopper og kaffe og toalettartikler. Vi var jo kun ute etter et rom med to senger og så ikke på prisen da vi bestilte.Frokosten var for så vidt bra,men diskusjon om rommet tar bort endel av det å være fornøyd

Modernt hotell i centrum

Vänlig personal på centralt beläget hotell. Hotellet har en stor fin pool och en fin privat strand någon kilometer bort, dit man får gratis tuc-tuc. Personalen har lite kunskap om sin stad/ort, det är synd.
