During my stay in NYC I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Even though guests share the bathroom, it was not a big deal and the staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

The furniture was clearly outdated and worn, the electrical fixtures appeared unsafe, and the air conditioner made a constant, loud rattling noise that disrupted my rest.
Given the price, the condition of the room was unacceptable.
