not enough staff to properly attend to customers needs. facility not well maintained. Microwave didn't work and had to move to another room, garbage basket left in room from previous occupant. Staff took one day to remove garbage can. Only 1 towel. Would not recommend to anyone.

When I got to the property, they did not have the size room I reserved claiming I did not request a pet friendly room. It was clearly noted on the reservation when it was looked up. They put me in a room with 2 beds instead. That room had several disgusting stains on the carpet which looked like they were dried up not cleaned up. Absolutely gross. The next room did not have the stains, but was clearly run down and looked dirty. I wasn't comfortable even sitting on the couch. I loaded up my dogs and my belongings and went to the front desk and checked out. The front desk girl was very nice and tried to be accommodating, but the fact of the matter is that this hotel is extremely run down and does not appear to be clean. It felt that because I was traveling with my dogs that we were being treated like second class citizens and could only stay in a gross room. They did quickly cancel my reservation and luckily we found another hotel close by that helped us in a bad situation, gave us a fair rate, and most importantly the room was clean. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

It’s a bit rundown and badly in need of maintenance and a good housekeeper that pays attention to the details. Also if you book a room for two it should have two towels not just one

Don’t stay here.

Room was very basic, rug dirty. I ended up getting bed bug bites. Will never stay there again and won’t recommend it to anyone.. Cooking odours in hallways, only dishes for one person in a double room. Coffee maker dirty.

One time stop

Overall I would say it was an okay stay for the price that I paid and the convenience it was to the town I needed to be near. Only downfall was we didn't have a shower curtain when we got there and we found roaches in our room 😒.

This hotel was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If it wasn’t for a holiday weekend and everything else being booked I would have not stayed here. Upon checking in I was given a room that had not been cleaned from the previous guests. So I have to wait to have my room changed. Second room was not much better. The towels were old and falling apart. Housekeeping didn’t not service the room even though I requested. Housekeeping walked in my room without knocking on the third day asking me what day I was checking out. Never apologized for walking in Called for fresh towels and they said they would bring them up, after 45 minutes still no towels. We go to the front to get towels and the front desk proceeds to give us an attitude and tells us he will get to it. Front desk double booked my room during my stay and I had someone trying to get into my room around midnight. If the latch had not been in place he would have come into my room. Ants in the bathroom and found a roach in the kitchen area. Absolutely the worst hotel stay ever!!

There was a domestic violence issue in one of the other rooms in which we stayed. It frightened my spouse and son. We will not stay here again.

We enjoyed ty his extended stay. Had to ask for towels to do dishes. Lacking spoons. Carpet could use cleaning. Enjoyed it here and staff was very helpful. Nice town and convenient to everything

Loud fan, difficult heat/cool

We were disappointed because the fan in the bathroom was very loud and not very functional. The heat/cool machine was difficult to adjust. Also, the place looked like it wasn't well kept, needed an inside paint job and plaster repairs.
