"Excelente hotel, con vistas espectaculares y personal muy amable, sobre todo en el front desk que nos ayudó con diversas dudas y también en los restaurantes. Disfrutamos de alimentos de la región de Excelente calidad en todo momento. Ingresamos a la cata de vinos donde nos explicaron de los vinos de su producción que nos gustaron y compramos. También realizamos el hiking de la propiedad muy agradable, un lugar ideal para disfrutar y descansar con vistas inigualables! "

"Desde el inicio de mi llegada, todo fue mal. Las personas a cargo no son amables, no les interesa atender bien a los clientes. Este hotel no debería estar en Expedía. Tuve que cambiarme a Social Hub y fue como llegar del infierno al cielo. Es la peor experiencia de viaje que he tenido en mi vida. Muy desagradable en todos los aspectos. Y además no me reembolsaron mi pago y me hicieron pagar 2 botellas de agua. Horrible lugar y las personas que lo atienden son nefastas.

"this hotel is very difficult to find. you need to drive over 30 mins of mountain road with very bad road condition. i found bugs and inserts in the room, and the fire place is dirty. one of the room also leak water. "
