On behalf of our team, please allow me to response and clarify the real issue that you had during your stay at our place, you have booked your room under the old name of Golden Banana for men only, after you made the booking, we have already informed you that the property is changed the ownership and also changed the name too, regarding to your inquiry through email with my team, we have informed you that, we are now welcome every guest from every side, not only just the Gay Men, however since you made the booking with Hotel.com and you could not just cancel it without any penalty, you have decided to come and making up all problems, we do agree the Hot water issue which you mentioned, however after your complained on the first day, we have fixed it and tested for you and it worked well for the rest of your days. We truly rely on guests comment to reach the top, however your unreal comments which you addressed, it was not acceptable and not reliable for our valued guests to read and consider.
