Dear Value Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to review the Village. We take issues raised in poor reviews seriously and use them as an opportunity to improve. Thank you for saying our staff were friendly, most of our staff are young, inexperienced and usually shy at first, they come to us straight from school and eOcambo is often their first job. We are looking into the problem with the picture you raised, thank you for bringing it to our attention. Unfortunately when the hotel was built it was not fitted with phone lines to each room. We have investigated the possibility of installing them. However the cost was exorbitant and we would have had to increase our room rates by a large amount to pay for it. We would have also had to close the hotel while all the rooms were retrofitted as it is a noisy and dirty job. Once again thank you so much for your feedback. With Sincerely
