No lift
No lift and we got the 5th floor room. There are water leaking closing to the stair area on the 5th floor. The staff is lovely.

Good hotel & location, nice staff
We like these hotel, everything is good, especially staff, they are very helpful. But the wifi was quite slow. There are 2 computers at the lobby, but the internet were slow too. The breakfast at hotel is ok. But the BF box at the day we left hotel early (see sunrise at Anghor Wat) were 2 pcs of sandwich and 2 pcs banana, these were disappointed.

สำหรับราคาที่จ่าย (650บาท/คืน) ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก เพราะได้นอนห้องพักที่สะอาด ติดแอร์ มีน้ำอุ่น มีไวไฟ และอาหารเช้าให้ด้วย รู้สึกประทับใจมาก แม้ว่าจะเป็นโรงแรมเล็กๆ ระดับสามดาว แต่ก็ถือว่าน่าพึงพอใจ เจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมที่ชื่อ Sokia บริการดีมาก ค่อนข้างยิ้มแย้ม ให้ข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวอย่างดี และช่วยแก้ปัญหาให้ได้หลายอย่าง อย่างไรก็ตาม มีจุดที่ต้องระวังอยู่เรื่องหนึ่งคือ ทาง Expedia แจ้งไว้ในใบจองว่าโรงแรมจัดรถรับส่งถึงสนามบินฟรี แต่เอาเข้าจริง เจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมบอกว่า รับจากสนามบินฟรีเที่ยวเดียว ขากลับต้องจ่ายเงิน ซึ่งพอเราให้ทางโรงแรมดูเงื่อนไขของ Expedia เค้าก็บอกว่า Expedia ลงผิด แต่เค้าก็ไปส่งให้เราโดยไม่คิดเงิน

Pros: La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado. Cons: El establecimiento no tiene elevador y no siempre hay quien te ayude a bajar tus maletas. El baño me pareció sucio, la cortina de la regadera olía a humedad y todo el agua se salía. El aire no enfría lo suficiente. Sentí que no había muchas opciones de restaurantes y supermercados cerca.

숙박비를 고려한다면 이해할수도 있겠지만 타월을 1개만 제공하고 더 달라고 하면 없다고 할때도 있으며 조식 서비스도 아쉬운 점이 있었던 것은 나 만의 느낌인지 모르겠습니다. 다만 주변의 식당과 교통 시장접근성은 매우 좋았습니다.

3日連続で宿泊。 トイレットペーパーホルダーがあるが、回転する部分の部品が無かったです。 また、2日目はハンドタオルとバスマットが支給されておらず困りました。 受付へ説明すると、他の部屋へ案内してもらって足りない備品をピックアップして良いと言ってくださったのでそれで対応させてもらいました。

Ottimo soggiorno
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti. Posizione piuttosto centrale in una via secondaria, tranquilla e con numerosi servizi . Hotel pulito, camere spaziose. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Colazione abbondante e varia (per la gioia delle nostre bambine c'era anche la Nutella!!). Servizio pickup dall'aeroporto: mandate una mail per tempo per informarli del vostro arrivo.

Very good!
We loved our stay at this hotel. Location is perfect, right in the middle of everything and only steps away from good places to eat. Breakfast was good, the room was very clean and quiet, staff were helpful and they looked after all our transport needs. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

Que staff maravilhoso! Funcionários muito gentis e práticos. Localização boa, a 5 minutos de tuk-tuk da Pub Street, a rua mais movimentada. Café da manhã bom. Quarto limpo e confortável. Banheiro ótimo e não alaga como a maioria na Ásia. Recomendo!

Conveniently located (within walking distance to the night market, Pub Street), with several restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets/grocery stores close by. The complimentary breakfast was basic, but at least they had an omelette station. The complimentary tuk-tuk pick-up can be iffy (other guests have also mentioned this in their reviews). For me, after waiting 45 minutes and calling the hotel twice to inquire about the status of the pick-up, I gave up and found my own way to the hotel. Apparently the tuk-tuk driver had gone to the wrong place to meet me. Why the hotel staff did not check with the driver after I called them twice during my long wait, that I could not understand.

J'ai séjourné passé une semaine dans cet hôtel. Points positifs : propreté de la chambre, literie ok, propreté générale à l'étage des chambres. Personnel poli et serviable à l'accueuil. Points négatifs : les clients des chambres situées du côté de la ventilation (en façade) des cuisines sont dérangéspar le bruit à partir de 5h du matin ... Le Wifi est une catastrophe autant dire qu'il y en a pas. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner pris dans des locaux dont la propreté laisse à désirer, ainsi que les produits offerts aux clients. La gestion du petit-déjeuner est confiée à du personnel très jeune et non motivé. Je déconseille cet hôtel ou juste pour une nuit.

多くを望まなければ
最初に案内された部屋にはバスルームに虫が多量に発生しており、フロントに言った所、直ぐに部屋を替えてくれた。 朝食は可も無く不可もなく。 空港に送迎は一回に限り無料との事だったが、21時を過ぎるとエクストラで迎えに来てくれた。自分でホテルに行っても、多分同じくらいに金額だと思った。 トゥクトゥクにドライバーはしきりに予定を聞いてくる。勝手に全部ルートを考えてくれる。遺跡をゆっくり自分のペースで回りたい人にはオススメかと思う。 フロントは若い子が多くフレンドリーと言えばフレンドリー。 ホテルの近くにはレストランもカフェも徒歩圏内なので、いいと思う。

We Love Siem Riep
We enjoyed our stay at Angkor Pearl because the staff was so helpful! They helped arranged the tours of the temples, have massage therapists that come to your room, and also helped arrange transportation back to Phnom Penh for us. Would recommend for everyone! In walking distance to some markets, coffee shops, and the cart that sells pickled fruits is the best!

Great Hotel, Great Location, and I love the staff!
Upon arrival they took our bags, they checked us in, provided a cool beverage of ginger which I loved. They showed us to the room and even tho we were almost past the restaurant closing time they allowed us to order food. Everything felt safe and it was overall very clean. The street is quiet and only a 5-10 min walk from Pub Street. I will be staying here again next time I’m in Siem Reap! Thank you staff! Also the breakfast is complimentary and delicious!

Perfect for the price
Had poor internet in our room and they moved us to nice room with better internet without hassle. Could not ask for more for what we paid. Close to the Fresh Fruit Factory which I wish we found sooner. Go get those Ice Mountains!

Over-priced and very little English
The hotel is over-priced given the number of hotels in Siem Reap. The restaurant is so-so and only one person in the staff speaks English. It is frustrating given the number of tourists that visit the city. Wifi does not work in all rooms. Their tuk tuk driver was great till the last day when he started demanding tips even after I tipped him. It was a real turn-off after 2 great days of sight-seeing the temples.

Horrible hotel, don't believe the high rating.
Pro: cleanish room, they use stained bedding, clean, but stained. Room fridge. Cons: wifi doesn't work. Breakfast is 6-10, if you go 6-7 or 9-10 there will be no food, and staff won't assist. Go between 7-9 and they can't stick the food fast enough, so again, no food. TV doesn't work. AC barely works. Hot water doesn't work. Booked a tour through the hotel, they promised it was good. It was the worst tour I've ever been on. When we complained they tried to tell us we didn't book at the hotel. They basically ruined my birthday. Never restocked toiletries, and ignored room signs. Business center was a joke too, no SD card slot. Rock hard, DIRTY mattresses.

Affordable, cozy hotel
Had a bit of a mix up on my reservation when checking in. We were given a room with two beds instead of the king that I booked in advance. Was told there were no other rooms and I had to stay there two nights before I could get my booked room. I insisted that I wanted the room I booked and was after a few minutes shown to another room on the second floor that matched my booking. They apologized but I wasn't too happy I was given the wrong room in the first place. The room was comfy, although I found it too dark. There weren't enough power plug points so we had to unplug lamps to charge phones and that made the room even darker at night. Could have used a stand lamp or something. The fluorescent lamp at the TV was an eyesore. The lock to the bathroom door broke so the door wouldn't close without being latched from inside. The closet was quite old and small. Looked like something I had in mind college, but smaller. The air conditioning was poor so it took very long to cool the room, especially since power was cut off every time you pulled the key out of the slot by the door. And the feet mat by the bathroom door was kinda disgusting. The pillows were really hard so I didn't sleep well the first night then got used to it. Anyway, breakfast was okay and simple, and the staff were very friendly. The walk to Pub Street was a bit longish, but I didn't mind because there are many cheap and good restaurants around, compared to those expensive and tasteless food they serve near Pub St.

オシャレになってきました。
ホテルを変えながら毎年カンボジアへ行っています。 キング？とシングル、ベッド2つで3人まで泊まれる部屋を使いました。 プラグは緩い所もあってテレビを見るには少々のコツが必要でしたが、他にもプラグは5箇所ほどあったので不便はありませんでした。安価であるのに、部屋も比較的に明るく、お湯もしっかりと出て、エアコン・湯沸かしポット・ドライヤーまたはシャワーを使っても平気なことには驚きました。 また、10ヶ月前に泊まった違うホテルも同じくらいのお値段のところでしたが、お湯の調節が難しく、適量出そうとするとブレーカーが落ちることがあったので、このホテルがすごいのか、カンボジア設備レベルが全体的に改善されたのかは不明です。 しかし言えることは、道路は広く長くなり、都市化が進んできています。便利になってきていますが、カンボジアのシンボルである？トカゲやイモリの鳴き声が聞こえなかったことには、淋しさを感じました。

Great accommodation at a very reasonable price.
What a beautiful yet economic hotel, I was very impressed with everything that this hotel provided, especially for the price point. My room itself was beautiful and immaculate, however one downside is that I found the WiFi did not work very well for my entire stay in my room, it did work in the lobby no problem, but not in my room. If you need a cheap but beautiful place to stay, look no further than the Angkor Pearl.

Worth of the price excellent staff good location
The best thing of this hotel is the staffs! Room is spacious, good hot water pressure, clean room with Cols air con, fridge, tv, safe, hair dryer.

good location to center city but..........
old hotel. aircon didn't cool room. mosquitos were in room when we arrived, had to spray repellent. Hotel forgot to pick us up at airport which was included in room rate. Hotel forgot to schedule private tour guide even with confirmation. We didn't try breakfast. Hotel was close to center of shopping in good location.

価格には見合っているホテル
口コミでのホテルスタッフの評価ぎ良くて、パブストリート等の中心地から遠かったけど予約しました。 しかし、空港までの送迎を頼んでも来ない、ホテルの受付でチェックインする時に、「アンコールワット行くの？」と馬鹿にした感じ。感じが悪いスタッフだな…と思いながら部屋に着くと、この部屋で2500円ぐらいだとまぁいいかな…と。 部屋でのwihiがとっても弱くて、パブストリートのお店のwihiだと快適なのに… 朝食はバイキングで、まぁまぁな感じ。 帰り空港までの送迎を頼みに受付に行くとあの感じ悪いスタッフしかいない… しょうがないと思いつつ、翌日の朝確認すると伝わってない。再度予約をし、出発前にも話すとまだ伝わってない。英語が乏しい私は翻訳サイトの英語を提示していたのに、伝わらない… 空港までの送迎に5ドルかかりました。 もう少しお金払ってもいいホテルにしたかったですね。
