Allow me to explain to you about electric went off, whole of Siem Reap city we are development through out the hotels, restaurant, and guesthouse are increased and the power supply not enough that's why our government tried to get some more power from our neighbor like Vietnam and Lao, during that time we have some technician issued. But during power cut of we have our generator for spare when no have electric off. The hot water system we have control regular but we are not sure that your moving cold and hot are correctly or not. We understanding some of towels are stains but your can call our receptionist for exchange because our services 24 h and during that time we are in hot season and our government water also supply not enough and the water came no clean make our laundry we hard to clean. If you feel incorrect please fact to fact because we are sure that our staffs are not cheating. Anyways, thanks for your bring all those comment. Hopefully, you can coming again in next time and we serve a better service for you. Best regards
