"We loved the location of this place with the bus stop right outside. The apartment was very cute and had most everything we needed. The only complaint is we stayed in apartment 1, facing the next door farm. The manure smell was overwhelming, and since it was warm, we had to have the windows open. This is certainly no fault of Pension Ballwein but future visitors should be made aware of this. We still loved the place, this was just an unfortunate situation."

"Staff were friendly initially until it came to paying the tourist tax which she wanted in cash. Once we explained that we had no cash but were happy to pay by card she became quite angry as she would be charged extra for the transaction using her card reader. It made us feel so uncomfortable I even asked for a refund for our stay which we had booked 2 hours earlier to which she simply replied "no" and "why" . Nothing to do there in the evening within walking distance. Shame after the reviews we...
