"Friendly staff. Good location. Room was clean and had lots of tea and milk provided.
Shower room a little smelly due to damp? but water lovely and hot.
Breakfast was very nice.
Pizza on 1st night tasty and good value but was not told that no meals provided on a Tuesday night but found somewhere else to eat easily
We would stay hear again ."

My only criticism would be the indoor pool which is looking a bit tired"

"The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals.
The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route."
