"I was an El Alamain for the Egypt Airshow and chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport compared with the other hotel options that were recommended for the event. The location is fantastic. My room was clean and the amenities provided were superb. The hotel itself is located in the Hacienda neighborhood - and for those who are coming by taxi (or Uber, which I recommend) , you will need to instruct the driver to enter the Hacienda area through gate number two. "We went to celebrate one of our 2 annual anniversaries. We arrived and waited as they decorated our room with flowers. We didn't get the ocean view we reserved but the we did get a lovely room with a bathtub. We spent the afternoon poolside then dressed for dinner. We were hoping for some fresh fish but they didn't seem to have any on the menu. The buffet was surprisingly good and the servers were wonderfully attentive. We were able to take a few bites back to the room and the brought us a cake to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel was such a lovely break from Cairo and we plan to return for our second annual anniversary at the end of the summer."
