"Gorgeous traditional Balinese villa that was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very clean. Our first visit to Indonesia and Sidemen was our favorite place, So very peaceful and beautiful scenery with the rice fields and surrounded by mountains. Temperatures were much cooler and often a nice breeze blowing - which made sitting on the open living area quite comfortable and enjoyable.
We were in a Basic Villa - unit #6 - which had a outside sitting area but also an enclosed inside...

"We stayed here for the first part of our Bali vacation. The property is beautiful, our room was clean, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and eager to help. Their hospitality was truly the highlight of our stay.
We were disappointed to find that the beach was inaccessible due to a beach restoration project. We specifically chose this hotel because of its beachfront location. The hotel did create a small faux beach area, which was a thoughtful touch, but it wasn't the...

"All the staff great and very helpful, in my opinion because hotel is new I think not 100% ready to rent out, the road to small for 2 way car to pass and no parking for car , early morning roasters woke us up, if you guys don’t mind roasters sounds that would be great place to stay, after all we like to stay at Santa hotel because of staff so nice and pretty nature view"

"The breakfast was great, and the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, the room experience was very disappointing. The room was full of bugs, and we had to deal with mosquitoes, geckos, and even ants on the bed. It made it extremely difficult to sleep comfortably at night. While I appreciate the hospitality and the good breakfast, the cleanliness and pest issue seriously affected our overall experience."
