Amazing hotel 10+

Wonderfull hotel. Food was amacing, service very fine. Fitnes place good. Minus for spa totally over priced. We did’n want to pay 4time more than we pay to our own massage here in our own country. We wanted to go, but we are not stupid to pay totally over price. Over all everything else was 10+.

My stay at this hotel there were some positive aspects, I was left a bit disappointed. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, and even after asking the staff to check it four times, the problem remained unresolved. With temperatures reaching 35–45 degrees, having old AC units that can’t keep up makes the stay very uncomfortable. I was elft drenched in sweat every night. The hotel itself feels more like a 4-star property and is starting to show its age. The food was okay. The staff in general were polite and friendly, but I did notice a difference in how guests were treated at the reception. Foreign tourists seemed to receive a warmer welcome, while Turkish guests didn’t always get the same attention. While I appreciated the efforts of some of the staff, I believe the hotel could really improve by upgrading its facilities and ensuring all guests are treated equally.

Amazing!

This is an amazing hotel with all the service, food and entertainment you will ever need and more. Big nice rooms with big balconies. All the food was really good and tasty.

My overall experience was good, there were a few issues that I encountered during my stay. Firstly, the air conditioning didn't work properly and it was uncomfortably hot during the nights. This made it difficult to sleep and made my stay less enjoyable. Another issue I faced was with the housekeeping service. It was really bad and the cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations for a 5-star hotel. I had to call several times to get my room cleaned properly, and even then it was not done to my satisfaction. One other thing to note is that there was no imported alcohol available at the hotel. While this may not be a major issue for some people, it was a disappointment for me as I had expected a wider variety of alcohol options at a 5-star hotel. Despite these issues, the hotel itself was beautiful and the other amenities and services provided by the hotel were of a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was convenient for my needs.

Es sollte eine Regelung für die Liegen an den Pools geben. Gäste gehen um 5:00-5:30 Uhr morgens an den Pool legen ihre Handtücher hin und gehen auf ihre Zimmer um weiter zu schlafen. Dadurch hat man täglich nicht die Möglichkeit an einer der 3 Pools ein Platz zu finden. Sonst war alles im großen und Ganzen sehr schön.

Minibar wurde nur selten aufgefüllt. Zimmerreinigung nur wenn das Reinigungspersonal Zeit hatte. Die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße sind sehr laut. Das Essen und die Bedienung, auch an den Bars waren hervorragend.
