"Bevause of a delayed plane arrival I needed to get in touch with the hotel to ensure I could access my room after hours. I reached out several times and never received a response. Since this hotel does not tefund the booking fee, they do not care after you booked."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel from the moment that we arrived the staff went out of their way to find ways to help us to enjoy our stay and particularly Aliou and Babou (excuse the spelling). I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dakar, but for a longer stay e.g. 4 days+ our room was a bit tight for 3 people. Overall a great experience"

"Love the location. The check in process was a breeze and all the amenities works perfectly. Very clean rooms, colid bathrooms and shower"

"Overall, Hôtel Fleur de Lys Point E made for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would recommend it, particularly for solo travelers. The neighborhood felt safe and navigable, which as a solo traveler matters more than anything else. The room was a highlight, super spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the city from above. Waking up to that view every morning was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience feel warm and welcoming throughout my stay....

"The hotel isn't luxurious, but it's clean and comfortable. It offers quiet and a great sea view from the terrace. The breakfast is excellent. "The staff at this residence were extremely professional and friendly. The room was spotless and noise free. I reserved my stay for 2 days, but, I was in the middle of moving to Touba that I didn’t sleep more than 6 hours in the room OR have the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant. But overall great experience and would recommend this residence to family and friends. "

"They need to learn customer service tip .Very weak communication."

"excellent facilities and service. hard to think of how it could be bettered. it helps to reserve a place for the sunday buffet lunch as this can get crowded."

"This hotel is spectacular in every way. It is an oasis in the middle of a busy area. I stayed in Bungalow 20. There ia a beautiful lush path to get to my room. There is a beautiful outdoor reception. Stunning pool, bar area and restaurant and I was told they just opened a new section of guest rooms ( not bungalows). My room is so well thought out. The attention to detail is magical. I only stayed 2 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. I am a business traveller and it feels so lovely to...
