However, I was charged for the bed of an extra guest although I had already paid a special fee for an extra guest; our breakfast was inexplicably 50% more expensive in the restaurant than what we had been told at the reception. These might have both been misunderstandings but still dampened our enthusiasm for an otherwise great hotel."
