"Generally, this stay of 6 days became more comfortable as we asked for things that were missing. The property is very run down, and. does not match the photos on Expedia. The complimentary breakfast in the front of the menu turned out not to apply to us. Breakfast. coffee /tea pot was not enough for two people. The shower water was sometimes hot and sometimes not. Taxi drivers etc found this property difficult to locate."

"Absolutely terrible. Don’t know why this hotel is allowed to offer Reims on Expedia. From rooms to service to food there was nothing good. There are much better options nearby at one third the price! Avoid it at all costs!"

At the front door the gentleman was super. Always there with a great way about him. He makes you feel welcome with his friendly attitude AND safe. The kitchen team could use a little work.
