"Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. "The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible."

"It was a disastrous decision to stay in this hotel. This is not more than a cheap lodge. You will experience urine smell everywhere. Staffs have no etiquettel. This hotel is mainly used by bachelor's for drinking purpose. I couldn't stay for more than 1 hour."
