The rooms are huge and very clean! The staff is so friendly with lots of early and late dinning options! I love that it’s close by everything in town. Easy walk or ride for shopping or other fun adventures!

Very dated and tired. Clearly nothing done to this casino in a long time. By all appearances, they are riding out until they close it. Staff on casino floor very inattentive and rude. Especially on the 2nd floor where the pit attendant barked at us making it clear we were unwelcome. We went to the only restaurant that was open, we were the only people, we asked if they are still open, she replied yes and sat us, after being seated, we sat there for 15 minutes with no one coming to the table, plenty looked but never came to take our order. We went to counter, they suggested ordering take out and leaving. We finally just gave up and left telling the man at the counter we were just going to leave. He turned his head back around to us snapped what! As if we had insulted him instead of they us. The elevators didn't work properly, getting stuck and just opening and closing the doors. The floor had trash and build up of dirt and scum around openings, and elevator doors were visibly rustly. When we finally made it to our rooms, we tried calling for food delivery/takeout, every place we tried refused to deliver. Dirty and mold growing in and around showers, the wallpaper was peeling throughout bathrooms. Drawer wouldn't stay shut between beds. Difficult to shower and rinse soap off because the water pressure in showers was very low. On a positive note, Mary and Christopher at the front desk at check in were the only ones nice, polite and helpful staff in the facility.

The WiFi in my room 728 totally sucked… I needed it to work, but it didn’t! Why is a hotel of that caliber so inept when it comes to WiFi?

PROPERTY DATED. Coffee maker broken, a/c broken, remote control broken. food and beverage poor quality. GREAT STAFF IS THE ONLY THING KEEPING THE DOORS OPEN.

The elevators don’t work! A poor man in a wheelchair had to be taken down the service elevator after waiting 30 minutes for someone “to check on it”! We had to use the stairs to the 9 th floor! They were intermittent in their use, quite the safety hazard!

The location next to the river trail was convenient and so was the free parking. The hotel was probably nice 20 years ago. Elevators weren't very confidence inspiring and the room carpet had the worst stains I have ever seen.

Awesome first time experience! The hotel room was clean & the staff were very friendly. Came with my girlfriend we were from Texas & was our first time going to Shreveport to the casinos for the first time this hotel is definitely one to checkout!

The location is nice but the service was poor, I had to wait 20 minutes to even use the elevator and room service refused to answer the phone. The furniture in my junior sweet was old with a late 90s tv and it also didn’t have the usefulness Of a microwave

We were really surprised how nice Bally's is. We stopped at several other Casino's before we arrived and were concerned as they were all ran down. Bally's isn't up to a Las Vegas property standard, but we are in Louisiana...Great option if you are close.
