"Overall stay was good. Facility was clean and the room was comfortable. Friendly staff. The WiFi is terrible - so slow it was basically non-existent. When I called the front desk, they said I was the second person to call in about the WiFi. They had me call up a third party IT support line and I spent 30 minutes sorting it out with them. At the end, I couldn’t use my devices the way I wanted because the IT team’s solution was to put my devices on a VPN individually, which blocked the streaming apps I was trying use."

"This was a convenient hotel for our trip to Charlottesville. It was clean, easy to access and had ample parking. The room amenities were very good - refrigerator, microwave, safe , coffee and tea set up...all great. Breakfast was also ample with many hot and cold choices. We had been given to understand from the website when we booked that there was a bar and restaurant. There is not. You can get drinks, chips and candy bars at the front desk, but you need to go out for dinner. There were several restaurants within walking distance. One very strange thing was they had no soap for the bathroom sink. Shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in bottles on the shower wall, but it was not very convenient to go to the shower every time you washed in in sink. I thought it was an oversight, so I went to the desk and they gave me a bar. The next day, we asked the maid for soap, and she said they didn't have soap."

"The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was acceptable but slightly lacking. Staff was friendly but the lady at check in must have been tired, she didn't seem like she wanted to be there."
