A recepção disse que não podia fazer nada. Para procurar o gerente que ficava pelo.predio. O quarto estava com a parede mtmtmt mofada. Cozinha com poucos utensílios, fogão só funcionando duas bocas. "It was very easy to access. The ID verified room technology worked great. We were placed in room 14B. Unfortunately the hot water did not work in our room. Based off of other Google reviews - it hasn't worked for a while. Talking to the Charlie team via WhatsApp was quick and easy. The improvement needs to come from the maintenance team.
