In short the villas are amazing! They are spacious and full of detail that most other accommodation overlooks which makes for a very comfortable stay in a relaxing location. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and always happy to help!

Great little place at Shoalhaven Heads! Excellent, friendly service. Towels on hand no dramas. The restaurant is great too although a bit too “fine dining” to eat there every night. Excellent breakfast and can be served in the room. Quiet location. Nice pool, mostly in the shade which was greets for small children. The beach was very windy so we drove around to Gerroa a couple of times. Overall, a lovely week!

The room was beautifully appointed and the outlook on the private garden was enhanced by the northern aspect. We had a wonderful stay. Staff in reception restaurant were friendly and helpful at every moment directed with them.

Unacceptable/unsafe dark parking & entry areas

A darkened building on arrival....only lit up area was the reception sign.Could not find where the entry was. Carpark was full of cars that hid the dark door entrance. I felt SO unsafe arriving at this so called luxury villa.....that I could not get in. I had to call my friend to come and get me. Your business sign is not even lit up. So unacceptable and a negative welcome. I only found Bangalay Villas with my car google map. The country sky is extremely dark, hardly any street lights and no signage. I received a call from Mackenzie while I was driving.....I could not hear the content of her conversation about getting in....the young generation’ communication style.....too fast and the message is not clear. She knew that I would not be arriving until after 6:30pm and she agreed with me the next morning when I spoke to her about the distress this cause me of finding where the entry point was. I have travelled all my life and this is the worst welcome that I have ever had arriving at my accommodation .even the boardwalk areas are light on with walk way lights.

Relaxing place to stay

We stayed in the Golf room Villa ,beautifully decorated and the outside deck area was perfect for late afternoon drinks watching the birds in the trees. Very relaxing stay ,Dinner in the Restaurant was Superb .We will be back !!

Well designed and comfortable villas

Comfortable, well designed villa made for a delightful stay despite rainy weather. The breakfast hamper could be missed/ improved- as other reviewers have mentioned would prefer a delivery fresh rather than the day before, having to cook the eggs and clean up is a bit of a chore on a quick w/e away, so preferred just to go buy an B&E roll!
