"Quiet, pretty, well maintained and super comfortable in a central location in Kingston’s historical area. We saw multiple ghost tours walking around the neighbourhood in the evening, but no ghosts inhabiting the B&B. The Mackay room we booked was generously sized, with a high four poster bed and a great view of the pond, garden and neighbourhood. There was a choice of two great sounding breakfasts (sweet or savoury). We chose savoury; it was first class, beautifully prepared and filling."

"There were dead bugs on bathroom floor as well as a plethora dead gnats in between the screen and balcony. The balcony chairs were filthy and there were two of us booked and only one chair in the room. On Monday, June 15th we left the room at 6:30 a.m. to go to Kingston General Hospital for a heart procedure. I was told to stay in the Kingston area for 24 hours to be close to hospital in the event of post operative complications. We arrived back to the hotel at 3:40 p.m. to our room in the...

"This was a beautiful property that was close to Kingston. There is no person at a front desk but they were very communicative on what to do and it was no problem getting our room. The space was multiple rooms, including a huge bed, a spacious living room with a small kitchen area, and a very nice bathroom with heated floors! Everything was quiet and very clean."

The only thing they don't have, is a table with 2 chairs if you want to order a meal and eat it in the room."
