"The room was very difficult to find. The floors of the hotel were like a maze. You had to go to the second floor to come back up the corridor to get to the first floor. We got lost and took us a while to find the room. The receptionist did say it was confusing to find, so they are aware of it, would be helpful if they had someone to take you to your room as its not straight forward. We were very excited to try out the restaurant, but the food was a little disappointing and didn’t live up to...

"Very nice, descent, and value for your money, affordable and you can't beat how close this is from the Temple Meads Station. I see a few complaints from people about the complimentary breakfast, and I don't understand why, we are on a tour through UK and this is by far the best breakfast we've gotten, we filled ourselves so well that we didn't have to eat anything else the rest of the day, giving us time to do more stuff... "It was such a cozy place. The room was new, clean and spacy. It located right in the market street so it was easy to walk around and find something to eat. It was not too far from the city center and the railway station."

"Lovely 2 night stay. Super Comfy bed which is a plus for those with a bad back or hip..slept so well. Spacious room even though we booked the smallest category. Wonderful rain shower. L'Occitane branded hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Quiet air con so was able to keep on all night without it being noisy. Window opens ever so slightly so lovely breeze comes in. We were there when the weather was +30 degrees celcuis. Great views of the Gorge and Clifton Bridge from the bar /pub...
