"Great location"

"Unfortunately, our stay was terrible. We were in two rooms and both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The sink in one room would not drain, the shower in didn't work the other and neither TV offered closed captions for my hearing impaired daughter. To make the stay even worse, the gal working the front desk was insensitive, rude and generally as helpful as a box of rocks. We tried to switch rooms shortly after arriving, but she would not make that happen. Additionally, when I brought these...

"Great place to stay, clean, cute hotel next to the beach ."

"Staff and breakfast amazing"

"Listen! It's expensive. why? Well, you just have to go and find out. We save up to go to California just to stay at the Hyatt. It is a great place to stay. That's it. And Huntington Beach is a great place to be."

"Hotel is well located. Rooms a bit small, and need some extra care, ripped curtain, rested towel rod. Nice happen hour, but charges resort fee for no apparent service."

"Wonderful. Very well maintained property"

"The people at the reception made me feel unwelcome and looked at me like I wasn't good enough for them. It was a truly unpleasant experience and ruined our entire stay. I will never come here again and make sure I let everyone I know to avoid this hotel."

"The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean with basic amenities such as tv, alarm clock, iron, ironing board, toiletries, and a blow drier. Check in was easy, they cleaned the room daily, and it was quiet. The hot breakfast option was definitely a plus. Situated near access to the marina, nearby beaches, and a bus stop within walking distance."

"The bedding was clean, no stains or anything but there were crumbs still on the ground. Overall ok, not the greatest but clean"
