"We stay here everyone we come to Springdale! Great staff, wonderful rooms and great location!"

"The staff very helpful the place was very clean. I feel like the beds were not comfortable. They need to be replaced. And the drain in the shower was very slow, so you stand in water while taking a shower. The breakfast was nice."

"This property was clean. I have no complaints."

"We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Stayed 1 night for $600.—-The property was run-down and appeared to have very poor maintenance. "Clean room, staff was nice"

"We checked in to our room, immediately noticed multiple roaches (of various sizes) in our room. They were in the bathroom and crawling on the bed. The desk clerk was friendly and apologetic and processes our cancelation. There were no additional rooms available and we had to change hotels completely."

"Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent."

I just wish I had...

"Room was very clean. Breakfast was good for a quick continental bar. Good coffee. Pool was nice for a quick swim and stretch. Property was nicely furnished. The air seemed humid and full of air freshener but a pleasant smell. The manager promptly handled a barking dog which pets are not allowed at all."

"It was perfect!"
