"Very warm and inviting hotel. Check in was very smooth. Outside the hotel has a cute little island with a bridge to walk around. The room were a good size and clean they left cute little rubber ducks on the bed. The bathroom was OK decent water pressure. No place to put your toiletries and not enough ..."

"Check in was about 20 seconds, our room was ready at 3pm. Disappointed with the balcony, we couldn't open the door due to what looks like an extention. Pillows were awful, too big and puffy. "Our room was a bit tired and there was only a fan and it was very hot no air conditioning so we had to move rooms as we couldn’t sleep. Moved to a family room with AC but didn’t get any refund for the difference in room."

"We had a wonderful stay at Matty’s Apartment. It was cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for our family. We liked having the kitchen space. Matty met us at check in to show us around and gave us lots of tips about the area and great sites to visit. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Communication was very frustrating as despite messaging via Hotels.com (once it had been booked - 3 months before our stay)and then later by a bit of detective work emailing directly.
