"The cabin is in a great location right by the resort. It does need some attention though as the rooms are freezing and there were no space heaters. The big heater only heats the hallway and kitchen so bring something to keep warm at night in the bedrooms. The shower barely works, most of the water fills the tub and doesn’t come out of the shower head. Also there is very limited hot water so if you have more than 2 people staying here showering can be time consuming while you wait for the heater...

"This is a new renovation which is still in progress; it will only get better! The owner was on site during our stay and could not have been more accommodating. You can tell that "pet friendly" was part of the thinking during the renovation. In fact, there was no charge to bring our golden retriever. The room is laid out very simply with a minimal amount of fabric in the furnishings. When you walked into the room it smelled like red cedar. Location is excellent with only a very short walk to town. All systems are modern and worked very efficiently."

"Everything about this place was great! The dedicated parking was a plus and the lodge felt cozy and private. The lodge was really clean and had some amenities that I found useful and more welcoming. There were some things I felt could have made the stay a bit more complete. For the time we went everything was fine but I think as it gets colder, more available blankets would be nice as an extra layer of warmth for bed or to hang out on the couch. Additionally, tea options would be great to offer alongside the coffee. Loved that bikes were available for use and riding around was easy. Only caveat was that none of the bike lights worked so we had to use flashlights to navigate in the dark. Also the dish instructions were confusing. To wash or not to wash. We loved our stay and would come back still!"
