"All the rooms are clean. Staffs are very helpful. They have many Laundry machines that I was always able to use them. The only thing is that all japanese hotel Laundry dryers can only take a few clothes. If you fill them up, they will never dry.
I only wish they had some amenities available at the front desk area fr3e for you to take. They provide minimal in room like toothbrush set."
"We stayed for 4 nights which was great. The staff are very helpful and able to speak English very well. The amenities are kept very clean and tidy, plus there are plenty of toiletries and other products available in the lobby for free to use during the stay. There was an ice machine and vending machines on our level to use, ice is free, but vending machines were paid, although very cheap prices. The rooms are small but this is very typical of Tokyo hotels. The room was in excellent condition and very clean too. Small fridge but was good enough for us. The bed was comfortable, but pillows were not the best, I found out later you can get more or different pillows. The whole stay was fantastic and the hotel location was perfect to access the train and to walk around to most areas of Shinjuku. I would stay again for sure"
"The staff from the reception and cleaning are extremely accommodating and kind. The room was very clean and it was very helpful to have a washer/dryer in the unit."
"Came to Tokyo for a 3 night stay before a Japan cruise. Wanted to experience Tokyo and debated where to stay. Glad we stayed in Shibuya and very happy we chose Tokyo Stay in Shibuya. We had family of four and all fit snuggly in the room. Staff were wonderful and polite, room was immaculate. The most helpful thing was having a in-room washer and dryer as we were able to freshly launder our clothes after long days in Tokyo prior to our cruise. Would absolutely recommend this facility, and location, to anyone who wanted to visit and experience Tokyo."
