"We stayed for three nights at the Radisson Collection, and overall it was a good experience. We didn’t have breakfast there, but we did have the buffet dinner, which offered all kinds of seafood, sushi, and traditional Chinese food. They also had beef, chicken, lamb, and several salads. The buffet included desserts as well as alcoholic beverages such as wine and beer. For the price, we highly recommend it. Unfortunately, we can’t rate it five stars, as the service still needs improvement for a hotel under the Radisson brand. A lady called Alice, who was in charge of the dinner buffet bookings, was very rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason. Besides that, we had a good experience overall at a reasonable price. The hotel is also close to a nice boulevard full of restaurants, Starbucks, and convenience stores. It’s roughly 30–40 minutes from The Bund with traffic when using DiDi, which is very cheap."

"Great location on Line 2 Metro so easy access to most Shanghai areas. Amazingly copious fresh abundant choice breakfast buffet. Use Papago app for translation as English speaking staff is not generally available. Book well in advance for good rate."

"there were two people that really stood out when it came to helping me that I felt was beyond and I am so grateful as I wasn't prepared to how my western world apps didn't work there. I think the first was the reception manager, she was incredible! very positive and always smiling and determined to help as best she could and persistent. the other was a heavy set gentleman that understood my situation and spent as much time as he felt that was needed to leave me smiling and being grateful I chose this hotel. a huge life saver to making my trip so memorable and of all the places I have travelled Shanghai stands out. these two are a big reason too. I will recommend this hotel to those I know are travelling there and when I go back it's the one I will stay again. thank you"

"Room was spacious and clean, plenty of storage and area to work. The mattress was very firm but quite comfortable. There are electric blackout shades and screens, really versatile to enjoy the view or sleep. The bathroom is great for 2 people, provides privacy for shower and toilet. Breakfast restaurant is nice and cheerful, wide selection of foods. The lobby is off to one side and not really appealing to socialize. This hotel is in a very clean neighborhood full of shops and restaurants, excellent location for walking around. "
