"Parking close to the building can be limited. There is a huge range in room presentation, some being below ground level with no windows. The surroundings are somewhat industrial/commercial. There are no views. It is close to major highways and public transit does run by. A main selling feature is a decent breakfast, which is included. The tiny breakfast room is very cold in the winter, but you can take your breakfast to your room, which is a better choice and warm it up in the microwave. "

"Halls were dirty smelled of cigarettes, our room hadnt been cleaned properly there were empty alcohol cans left in there, the bathroom floor was dirty it had had the leftover lid from last peoples shampoo and just looked dirty. The biggest issue is BLACK MOLD that made my boyfriend and I very sick. I had trouble breathing and a rash on my face, realized in the am when i went to to shower the issue was black mold on the ceiling. Hotel staff refused to be helpful on this matter. So nasty! "The service was truly excellent. They were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were a little dated, and the bed could use an upgrade, but none of those were not deal breakers. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. And the grounds, while in the late winter, were still beautiful. Id love to come back in the summer when everythinf is in full bloom. "

"I stayed for a week and it was comfortable. The gym looked like it was recently renovated and the pool was clean and a good temperature! The complimentary hot breakfast was decent. I will say that a dish drying tray and cleaning sponge would be ideal to provide for those of us who actually cook in the rooms. Staff was helpful and I loved that it was only 3 floor so taking the stairs was a great option. "
