"Our room was not clean and the bathroom was even worse. The shower and toilet were filthy! We had to ask for towels twice. I would not stay here again. Way too expensive for these kinds of issues!!!"

The poor girl working the front desk was the only employee we saw doing anything, not sure if there is a manager or owner who needs to loosen up the purse strings a bit so they can hire and train properly. She was great, but had to unlock each person's door as the key card machine was down, personally deal with room issues, and had no housekeeping for a couple days. I'm all about cost savings, but not at the employees and customers expense. The room was fine, light bulbs and working wall outlets were hit and miss. Some hallway light bulbs were out, and apparently their painter stopped mid job leaving painters tape all down the rub rails in the hallway. Friendly? Yes Clean? Not nasty.... Maintained facility? Nope Well managed/owned? Laughable Will I stay there again? Nope"
