I had early starts both mornings of my stay and it was not too much bother for Helen on the front desk and Paul?, the chef to open the kitchen slightly early for me. "All staff courteous and polite, room spotlessly clean, a couple of minor maintenance issues reported such as showers not draining properly but this was dealt with properly. Lovely vibe in the hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area. "
