lovely hotel. saw lots of kids and dogs so very family friendly. Room was large, view was nice, had a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate. Breakfast was decent, a few vegetarian options and the freshly made juices were really good. There's an arcade with games but the pool table/cues are in bad condition and unlike my previously hotel you had to pay to play the games which felt a rather ungenerous for a 5 star hotel, same with the little train ride you can take around the building, surely a 5 star hotel could include that in the price of the stay. nothing is walkable from here except the beach. overall it was nice, staff were friendly and we slept well.

清潔度一般

其實⋯如果這只是3、4星酒店，那麼水準絕對是不錯的。可是它作為一家5星酒店，我感覺清潔度真的不合格。其中一張床的枕頭有明顯的汗臭味（另一張床的枕頭沒有），實在難以忍受下，我們只好要求更換枕頭。此外，浴室的去水口感覺有點堵塞，剛洗澡不到5分鐘，渠口的水就快溢出來了，我們只好斷斷續續、停停洗洗，等待去水。

Lovely family-friendly Marriott by the beach with Kumamon and teepee room decorations and amenities designed for children. Expedia had the room marked as smoking but I was pleasantly surprised by staff on arrival that all rooms are non-smoking. Manager Chen and her team was warm and friendly and anticipated all our needs. Would visit again next time we need a getaway!

非常舒适的家庭海边住宿

非常舒适的一次入住。主要是带家人过来玩海边的，由于到的早，前台给安排的房间很好。晚上小孩要喝牛奶，前台也很热心的到处帮找；中间让提供的一些小东西、服务，都很热心的帮处理。 酒店设备很新，也很干净，房间、床、卫生间、洗浴都很赞；室内、室外的泳池也很不错。 风景很美，旁边的沙滩也很舒服，关键是晚上还可以到沙滩折抓螃蟹，个头还不小。 提个小建议：淋浴间的两个花洒的切换按键不太好用，摁下去有卡滞的情况，而且有点小划手； 周边吃的要到3公里外，也可以点外卖

A good hotel that just needs a few tweaks

Overall this is a very nice hotel and if not for covid it would be better. The spa, cinema, and other restaurants were closed which is a shame. Pros: Amazing rainfall shower (incredible pressure), very clean and prompt turn down service. Beds are spacious and perfect firmness. English speaking staff was available. Modern spacious rooms and a very nice lobby. The breakfast buffet was quite good for Western tastes, plenty of options to try. The lunch/dinner food was quite good as well. The thai curry, AL burger (amazing), and the nasi goering were crowd pleasers. The pools are good, albeit not very deep. Staff is attentive and helpful. Cons: On Hotels.com is says they have smoking and non-smoking rooms. Not true, all rooms are NON-smoking. (Which is great but causes confusion when they want to charge you for breakfast) Breakfast buffet is $30 each if not included in your room rate! Lunch/dinner buffet was $75!!! (Not worth it) Cocktails and other alcohol was very overpriced and not made very well. You are better off bringing your own drinks. The beach lacks lounge chairs and umbrellas. The outdoor seating also needs umbrellas. The pillows were too soft for us, but that is a very personal preference. The mini golf is no more then a few putting greens for old men. We wished it was more fun since the area lacks things to do during poor weather. Overall, this is a great hotel if the weather is good and your food/drinks budget is limitless. Great for a weekend.

If you want luxury, don’t stay here

My stay was incredibly disappointing. We paid for the executive club but it was so poor that the hotel refunded us and we ordered room service the whole time. Also, hotels.com should note that although the temp was around 25-28 every day, the outdoor pool was closed and this wasn’t advertised on the app. The play by play: 1. We arrived at 4:30 but had to wait until 6pm for the room. They allowed us to wait in the lounge for 30mins of dry 7-eleven style sandwiches 2. Room was nice but not clean: “unseen” sugar all across the counter, already opened bath salts 2. Club: Not clear when food was served and when we arrived at 7:20 they were taking it away but it was a poor selection anyway Cocktails were just a few bottles and make your own mixer! 3. We complained to reception and they said they would cancel the money but we ordered room service because we were hungry 4. Breakfast was ok 5. “Afternoon tea” was dirty. Kids not being reprimanded for wiping hands on utensils etc. food was terrible... half filled stale bread. We felt it was too dirty to eat and ordered room service 6. We ordered room service the whole time 7. The beach was crowded and the lifeguard had a loud Chinese warning that incessantly played on a loop. 8. For our last breakfast the eggs Benedict was actually spamlike ham and the hollandaise was just dollops of store bought Mayo.
