The room I booked had a large comfortable bed and an extremely well-lit and half-open spaced spacious bathroom. I especially loved that they offered a smart bidet and a large bathtub. They even used robot for deliveries to my room so I don't need to go down to the lobby for pick-ups or feel awkward when I opened door with pajamas on to retrieve deliveries. The hotel is around 10-15 mins drive away from ShenZhen international airport so it was pretty close. There's a large cafe/coffee bar with lots of comfy seats on lobby level so hanging out with clients/friends or working on laptop was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I am happy with my overall experience at this hotel.

Comfortable with lots of amenities

This hotel is set in a very new area, located near a subway stop next to the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel has great staff who are very responsive and flexible. Jamie in the executive lounge was very helpful and answered many questions for us. My first room smelled smoky and the staff immediately changed me to a more comfortable room without a smoky smell and were apologetic about it. The breakfast is expansive with many good options for western visitors. And the gym and pool are amazing. The gym is available 24 hours for those with jet lag and is kept super clean. The ladies change room has a hot tub and a salt block sauna. The indoor pool is open in the morning and has distinctive areas for both play and for those wanting to swim laps. (swim caps required) I wish the outdoor pool was open before 2 p.m. daily. It's good to realize beforehand that in this area, there is no boardwalk to walk next to the water.

Comfortable stay at Hilton Shenzhen

The Hotel is still fairly new, rooms are well designed and spacious. Beds are comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Room fridge is only stocked on requests. Wifi connectivity was not great and caused a few interruptions while working. Business center is only available if you book on the executive levels. They did however allow me to sit there the one afternoon on request. Restaurant provides a wide range of cuisine. The food was very good. The area is still being developed and for foreigners visiting this can be a bit of a challenging as the closest ATM was one train stop away. Reception, when booking in was very organized and arranged extra towels without asking when they saw were 3 people staying in the room. Concierge was very help full to arrange transfer to Hong Kong Airport on the last day.

The hotel was great and comfortable. Staff were good. One complaint, the outdoor pool doesn't open until 2:00pm. That was disappointing. Also the area is brand new and although quiet, no shops or restaurants close by.

Shareable Dining Table

I had an unpleasant experience during breakfast at your hotel. I had briefly left my table—after switching the status sign to red, indicating it was occupied—to get a cup of coffee. When I returned, I was surprised to find that all my unfinished food & cutlery were cleared away, and another guest was seated at my table. When I asked about this, the waiter brusquely told me that it was a four-seater table, as if that justified removing my belongings without any consideration. While I’m absolutely fine with sharing a table—even though there were still empty ones available—the lack of clear signage created unnecessary confusion. To prevent similar misunderstandings in the future, I recommend providing an additional sign that clearly indicates whether a table is shareable or not. This simple gesture could greatly improve the dining experience for all guests.
