Lokale Gegebenheiten unbedingt kennen und beachten
Zunächst zum Allgemeinen: Wer in China kein Wort Chinesisch kann und die Sitten nicht kennt, ist komplett aufgeschmissen. Auch in diesem Hotel ist Kommunikation auf Englisch nicht möglich! Entweder man hat einen chinesischsprachigen Führer/Begleiter der alles für einen erledigt, oder man kennt Land und Leute (und Sprache) selbst seit Jahren - (so wie ich). Zuerst wurde mir ein fensterloser Raum ohne Internet angeboten. Den habe ich abgelehnt. Danach gab es Probleme mit der Internetverbindung mit meinem I-Phone. Man hat an der Rezeption versucht, diese zu lösen. Allerdings umsonst, es klappte nicht! Ich habe dann mein I-phone auf Chinesische Sprachführung umgestellt, um mit den Einstellungen des I-phones des Personals zu vergleichen. Und dann das Wunder: Auf einmal funktionierte es. Also wenn es bei anderen auch nicht funktioniert: Chinesische Sprachführung einstellen (dann kommt aber meine obige Anmerkung zu allgemein wieder ins Spiel!). Mein Rechner (Windows 10) liess sich mühelos ankoppeln. Weitestgehende Einschränkungen des Internets in China beachten!!

Only 2 mins walk from subway exit C. You must pass through the cafe to reach the entrance of hotel. The staffs are polite. The room is clean, the air conditioning is good (but with some sound which for me is acceptable) The tap water is hot enough and the water pressure is okay. Can watch HK TV channel. There are convenience stores the next street. The one on the left is cheaper. I chose western breakfast and there is banana, boiled egg, soy bean milk and a bread (which i only tried one bite). If I visit the same area again, I think this hotel will be my 1st or 2nd choice. (in case i want to swim and do the gym, of course i will go to the 5 star one.)

Not for a fussy traveller
Great place very convenient, too bad loads of mosquitoes and funny smells in the room. Room is old, carpet full of holes,and tv did not work.

가성비 좋은 호텔!
생각보다 조용하고 깨끗했어요. 시설이 조금 오래된 것 같았지만 주변에 먹거리도 좀 있고 지하철역도 너무 가깝고 건너편이 큰 마트도 있어서 편리했습니다.

以優惠價￥99一晚來說，不能要求太多吧，沒有5星級但一定是3星以上
鄰近地鐵，晚上步行不到10分鐘已有不小商戶及街檔，最重要是麥當勞及KFC也不過是10分鐘路程，商當方便及推薦

小心被騙！Beware the room is NO window
When I book the room. I carefully see the facility of the room. No information tell me there is NO window. When I reached the reception. They tell me add more than one hundred dollars to change a room with a window. I feel cheated.

Adequate for one night stay.
For one over-night stay it was adequate. The taxi driver found it difficult to locate. From Baoan airport it cost RMB58. The hotel was near the Fanshen metro station, just around the left corner and within 3 minutes walk. The staff spoke no English but was helpful as I spoke some broken Chinese. The room had no windows and not according to the advertisement. The rate was a little high.
