"Really liked having a balcony and loved the pool. I thought it was a fab, unique idea of having the pool depth be shorter than most adults (and probably tall kids) so there was no real danger of accidents. The staff wasn't a positive variable- they need more training on how to address people from different cultures! The exception was a lovely person named Jasmine. She was very professional as well as friendly! I booked the hotel with Expedia, which has a deceptive photo of buffet - there was nothing healthy about the breakfast so I skipped it for the other 3 days. "

"this is an excellent 5 star hotel with a great location and and over all very good amenities and offerings. the real gem however is the staff that make you feel like you have a true home away from home. i spent a week in the care of the team and the guys and girls that greet you and help you as you come in and out of the hotel are fantastic. their help was priceless to me and i am grateful for the kindness and hospitality they showed me. "

"Hotel has amazing facilities, but no sound proof for the standard rooms. If you have a noisy neighborhood its really hard to sleep well."

"The hotel was in a great location for what we wanted to do (Chinatown, Gardens by the bay, Lau Pa Sat). Everything was easily accessible. Our room on the 14th floor was nice. Clean, good view, good A/C, the shower was excellent. Didn’t need to interact with the staff much, but all interactions were friendly and helpful. The only thing I have to complain about is that the rooftop pool is small. Can’t comfortably accommodate more than about 8 people and it was too busy for us when we tried to go. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again."

"We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade to a fabulous suite overlooking the Marina Bay. The breakfast was the most extensive that we have ever experienced - just amazing! All the staff were so helpful. Just wish we were staying longer in Singapore! "
