You inspected the room before you agreed to rent after office stuff showed you the room. I wish you had just came to the office with any issues we would’ve changed your room immediately or at least looked into the issues you’re having with truly apologize about your findings. Please come to the office and we can still address the issue and take care of you immediately.

We apologize about the inconvenience. I wish you had come to the office at least once to let us know about the issues you’re having. My crew thoroughly check that room and there are no bedbugs and TV is a decent size but unfortunately it’s not up to your expectation. If you had just came to the office once or mentioned Any issues, we would’ve switched your room or they would’ve called the general manager to see how we can address any inconvenience you’re having. However if you ever in this area please we welcome you to come and inspect any other rooms anytime. For your inconvenience we are willing to give a discount next time. To make your day better.

We checked all the rooms that were checked in and checked out there are no bedbugs or any of the bugs of that nature in them occupied rooms. If you can let us know what room number you were in or your name so we can specially revisit the rooms or the room you were in to make sure the safety of the other guests.

We have checked all the rooms that were occupied on 15 August and there are no bedbugs or any type of bugs of that nature. We even had exterminator come out and double check. If you let us know what room number you were in we may be able to revisit in double verify.
