"The hotel was fine, but the location is terrible. If you’re not familiar with the area, Shelby — and this hotel — advertises itself as a gateway to East Glacier. It’s almost two hours from the east entrance, and the drive takes you through long, boring endless stretches of flatland. There is NOTHING to do in this town. Why is the hotel even there? We left a day early and lost 50% of our non refundable reservation."

"Stray dogs in parking lot and around entrance. Entrance had trash everywhere, possibly the stray dogs had pulled out of the trash can. Room was good for an older building. Breakfast was minimal and they only had small plates."
