"The room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly … we had a twin room which I shared with my daughter. She got into her bed before me but when I went to get into bed …there was no bottom sheet … just a mattress topper. I called reception and they did sent up 2 sheets … for me to make it up myself🤔 Apart from that .. stay was as expected."

"Excellent hotel right in the heart of the City, Q park 5 minutes walk. City Hall where we went for a concert a safe 5 minute walk. Staff very friendly, the ideal place to stay whilst in Sheffield. Very pleasant terrace for a drink"

"Clean and tidy. Night time staff not so sure of what they needed to do. For example, I paid for parking but they didn’t give us a ticket to display in the car which could have resulted in a fine for us. It was only after we asked that a ticket was produced. "
