"The room did not have the ability to access Netflix or other streaming services. When I contacted reception, I was informed that the hotel had not yet set up the Chromecast functionality, so streaming was unavailable.
The air conditioning was also very noisy, with the motor producing a constant whining sound, which was disruptive and had to be turned off especially during sleep.
The mattress also did not appear to be a queen size, despite the room being booked with a queen bed. It was noticeably too short, and my husband's legs were hanging off the end of the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
