"Positive: Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had an outside room behind the carpark. Room was great with a big bathroom. Breakfast was buffet with lots of choice. Only negative: Hotel is not in walking distance of anywhere and we where disappointed no food available on a Sunday evening."

"Spa was amazing, I had a back massage which was so nice. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up as some of the decor is bit tired now. Also Air conditioning would be a benefit we did have a fan but the room was so hot."

"Misleading check in time. Arrived three hours early to be told we could either sit in the coffee bar for the remaining time or pay £140 to have a glorified swim. The room was dated and in poor repair with paint peeling in places and lights taped up. The inclusive breakfast was delicious however, in the 40 minutes we were there the cooked breakfast was not offered and things we not topped up unless asked. Could be absolutely wonderful if it was handled by staff with better customer service. "

"This was a last minute booking as the hotel we were supposed to stay in had been booked for 2026 by mistake (by me!). The room was really cosy, and we were made to feel really welcome in the bar. The continental breakfast was lovely, and hot food was available to purchase if we wanted it. Would definitely stay here again. "
