Great hotel , amazing service since we arrived every one is looking after us like we were the only ones however the hotel is fully booked but they care about every guest , from reception and the good welcome and the guest relation Nicole is beautiful and supportive, the chef are presenting nice and good taste food , the head chef kotb is great, Rivera restaurant is providing different variety of food selections excellent bar service around the beach. The management of this hotel are very active and you saw them Everywhere. Mr. Sherif the GM you will find him greeting the guest and asking if they need anything, the hotel is providing great service for guest from different nationalities. I recommend this hotel for all . Will be back sure

Amazing trip in march

I was in Egypt from 26.03.2023 - 02.04.2023. That was an amazing experience, a lot of fun thanks to animation. All the stuff are kind and polite. Thank you, I will definitely comeback on the next year

when you enter the hotel sign the paper but they dont give copy also they charge me towel card 80 usd i lost it no nice i did not want to pay they dont let me go out of hotel security cannot open door

Its disappointing that every time i search for review on Grand Plaza hotel it came up 5 star but if u see the hotel and their service and food i can class it as 3.5 star.... food is like prison food and even tho the breakfast, lunch and dinner says 2 hrs open for buffet but they closing it 30 mins before so when u come to eat the staff already eating ur food and nothing for buffet anymore... the drinks just taste water... not worth the money for 5 star... better look for 4 star hotel better food and service

Our room was always cleaned well. The complex is nice, although rooms are outdated. We had an issue with an air con in our room and it took all day to get it fixed. Unfortunately I didn’t find some of beach and restaurant staff very friendly apart from a few exceptions. The spa service was excellent and the spa’s staff was lovely.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Resepsiyondaki personelden beklediğimiz ilgiyi göremedik ama odamızı temizleyen ve restauranttakiler oldukça iyi ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle restaurantın karşısındaki kum sanatı yapan Said Bey çok ilgili ve işinde çok iyiydi. Animasyonlar vasattı.

Güzel bir seçim

Otel çok temiz, çalışanlar çok özverili ve çok ilgili. Peyzajı, plajı, temizliği çok güzel. Kesinlikle bir dahaki Mısır ziyaretimizde ilk tercihimiz yeniden bu otel olacak. Her milletten insan görmek mümkün, hatrı sayılır Türk ziyaretçi de vardı.

Otel tesis güzel, doğa harika . Otel odaları eşyalar biraz eski gibi ama temizlik süper. Yemekler Türk yemeklerine yakın , orta karar idare eder lezzetli ama yuksek kalite denilemez. Çalışanlar çok ilgili yardımcı Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık . Lüks değil ama beklentilere cevap veriyor kesinlikle yeterli .

Det var en fin hotell med flere bassenger og fint ute området og strand. Veldig hyggelig ansatte og god sørvis ( Ahmed som hadde ansvar for restaurant ute var veldig oppmerksom , kjapp og hyggelig. Det var litt forvirrende med aktiviteter på dag tid siden det var to grupper som utførte aktiviteter og lite informasjon på forhånd slik man kunne planlegge dagen. Rommene var store , med gode to dobbeltsenger . Vi hadde rom med utsikt til sjø så var veldig stille og rolig. Kjempe gode og varierte matretter til hver måltid, stor utvalg av kaker og gjærbakst. Spa avdeling var også veldig bra med flink og hyggelig team som kunne gi et profesjonelt massasje. Takk for opplevelse og avslappende ferie, vi kommer tilbake 👌☺️

Var ett ett enormt hotell, men fine fasiliteter. Flere basseng, Strand og god underholdning. Vi var 8 dager med all inklusive og fikk upåklagelig service! Vil utpeke spesielt Romony ved bassenget og Karim og Bero hos animation, vårt opphold ble desidert bedre av disse tre :) vi er positivt overrasket over holdningene til alle arbeidere der nede, gode holdninger og svært behjelpelig. Om man ikke vil foretrekke maten i all inklusive har de også resturant på hotellet! Svært god vaskehjelp på rommet er det også. Romony, Karim og Bero gikk above and beyond for å se til at vi hadde det bra, servicen av disse tre har virkelig vært den beste vi har hatt!

We loved our hollydays there in this hotel. The bartenders at the pools bars were really friendly and we had a lot of fun going out with the animation team, especially Mido who was really nice with us.

Staff war so freundlich. Animationsteam was sehr aktiv und hatte verschiedene Aktivitäten im Theater und auf dem Schwimmbad. alles war sauber. Die Qualität des Essens braucht verbessert zu werden. Ich bedanke mich bei allen Mitarbeitern des Hotels für die schönene Zeit. Ich komme bestimmt wieder. Staff was really friendly. The animation team was active and had a lot of events everywhere. I liked the hygiene level of the rooms and the pool. I suggest improving food quality. Однообразное питание. Не профессиональное обслужив

Единственный плюс- чистый бассейн. Всё остальное один огромный минус. На стойке регистрации ни одна наша просьба не была удовлетворина. Мебель в номерах старая, матрасы провисшие и не удобные, туалет и ванная черно- жёлтого цвета от грязи(смотри фото). Обещанный вид на море из номера закрывают пальмы. Бутылированную воду не доставляют. Питание скудное и однообразное. На завтрак каждый день омлет, дешовые сорта сыра, вместо сливочного масла-маргарин, колбасы с ядовито красным красителем только хлеб и выпечка вкусные. На обед и на ужин одно и тоже меню: рыба Сибас, жёсткий гуляш и курица. На гарнир запеченные овощи, картофель, нарезанные свежие овощи + к этому на вечер добавляют барбекю (кебаб, крылья куриные, гамбургер). Персонал не дружелюбный и грубый. Анимация не интересная. Не смотря на то что нам осталось отдыхать ещё одну неделю , мы решили съехать из этого отеля,чего и вам желаем!

Nice stay but needs improvements

We had a nice stay the staff were great big recognition to Michael who made our stay special with his service. There were a few issues at the start but the bar manager rectified that straight away. If you want a daytime holiday pool and beach you can’t go wrong nice music played with animation team but unfortunately evenings were dire with poor quality entertainment and sub standard drinks not 5 stars to be serving the lowest of the low local alcoholic beverages. Wine was ok but only served in the restaurant.Lobby bar also not part of all inclusive so nowhere to go out of the heat for a relaxing drink. I found the food nice and tasty but not a lot of variation. I do hope the general manager reads reviews off here plus other websites as customers are all saying the same. The staff make this hotel that’s for sure..

Tercih edilebilir.

Odalar yeteri kadar genişti, otel temizdi. Çalışanlar Güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Etkinlikler zayıftı ancak çalışanlar uğraşıyordu. bizim odamızdaki perdeler yırtıktı, ayrıca tavanımızdan su damlıyordu, tüm sıvalar dökülmüştü. Yemek zayıftı, kaldığımız süre boyunca öğle ve akşam yemekleri aynıydı, meyve de birkaç seçenek ile sınırlıydı. İnsanlar havuza kıyafetleri ile giriyor ne yazık ki.

Only a 2-3 Star Resort

The resort needs a lot of maintenance and updates. The food horrible and during our stay we got sick from something we ate the night before. There is no control over the food which meant that guests piled on the food in plate after plate. We felt rushed to eat because if we didn’t eat fast we got scraps. The worst was that those plates and plates of food all went to waste. The mattress on our bed so old it was biscuit thin and it felt like we were laying on the floor. The beach umbrellas are full of holes and falling apart, the varnishing is peeling by the dining area. The dining area light fittings are so dirty it looks like birds are making needs inside them. The only good thing about this resort are the staff who were friendly and helpful but unfortunately good staff won’t rescue this resort if big changes aren’t made
