"I arrived at mid night, paid for posh club, but I don’t really think it was worth it When I arrived and tried to sleep, I checked the sheets they were dirty, I immediately contacted room service, it was pretty late so I asked if they could come first thing in the morning, I had to wait until 10 am next day and look for room service myself I also asked for the room to be cleaned up as the floor had sand, during my whole stay it was the same and it was very uncomfortable to walk like...

"The property is beautiful and it’s located in a prime location. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant has some great options. The only downside was the mattress was very firm and not comfortable to sleep in. The wifi was not working anywhere except near the building for reception. The hotel is close to the Basata Cafe - a must go to place."

"A great spot and lovely hotel with modern, spacious rooms, a fantastic beach and some very lovely, friendly and helpful staff. However some details get missed: - allergy information at the buffet isn’t accurate (many things said they didn’t have dairy but very clearly did) - pillows in my room were very lumpy and not comfortable to sleep on - several areas were closed, including the adults only pool which was a part of my decision to stay there.
