"The view from the roof top was amazing, clean property and rooms, welcoming staff and quiet place , not far from the shopping areas and the beach. Definitely will be back"

"Excellent experience "

"amazing hotel and nice location and very friendly staff was amazing experience in this luxury hotel"

"EXCELLENT Service!!! Great location. Property was beautiful and clean. The staff was exceptional!! The guest services liaison, FATIMA went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. We booked all tours and drivers with ease through the hotel concierge. Food was excellent at the hotel restaurants The Lounge, Reahan, and Crust. Nightly music and belly dancer outside was a great bonus. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property"

"We had a great stay everyone was so very helpful and extremely nice Pools, food were amazing and lots of restaurants options open until midnight Better to download Petra way app for rides better than taxi hotel and cheaper"

"In the heart of the city, easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. On street parking. Patient and friendly staff. We enjoyed our visit."

"No ac under 23 to save the weather but it’s find to sleep in heat while you paid $500 per night !! 2nd check out at 12 so 12:05 they lock you out your room with out your bags and stuff and I don’t that to go 3 time to front desk to get other keys and non of them is working until they send some one work there to open the apt for you"

"located in downtown. supercloase to nightlife, beach, and restaurants. easy to find parking. and the service is good."

"Great location, only stayed one night but the staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and quiet."

"It's not clean, small room, not enough towels, no coffee, no slippers, very bad lights. Very noisy eara. Never ever go back."

"The staff was very nice. Hotel was very clean and kept together. However, the rooms are very hot and the air conditioners did not work very well."

"The staff was amazing and made us feel at home. Everything was easily accessible and the staff was very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Not only did they take their jobs serious, they were very personal as if we were family. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Aqaba."

"Great staff but cheap new build "
