"Great breakfast! Close to Shannon Airport"

"Close to the airport. Staff very helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet."

"Very clean, and friendly place. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking."

"I thought it was pretty nice. I enjoyed the property it was very beautiful for me. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful. There was plenty of parking. I would say the only downside for us is there were not enough outlets for us to charge our devices, however; it made me appreciate the property and its history."

"From the moment I checked in to the castle to the day we left I had nothing but positive interactions with the hotel staff. The Castle was clean and impeccably maintained, the staff were helpful, polite and easy to talk to. Our group took advantage of the Skeet shooting range and had a great time with our shooting Instructor who had a great personality and full of knowledge and experience. Will be back again!!!"

"Nothing special during off season"

"The majority of staff were excellent. On our second breakfast, there were different staff. The waitress raised her eyes at me when I asked for the black and white puddings to be removed from my Irish breakfast. I was surprised as I had specifically stated that I did not want black or white puddings?! The restaurant was not quick to remove used plates from the table either. Apart from that, everything else, including location, was perfect!"

"The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was very well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had variety and was very good. The hotel was close to the activities in the city of Limerick."

"Room was clean and lots of parking"

"Our stay was wonderful. The hotel and staff provided exceptional service. The hotel was spotlessly clean and tastefully appointed. Our room was great. The location puts in an easy walk of all Limerick has to offer, including close proximity to the train station if needed. I highly recommend this hotel. The added breakfast was well worth the cost, a feast every morning."

"Lovely place and must stay. I will definitely return. The staff upon check in was among the kindest I’ve met in Ireland. Gorgeous views and the nearby towns are quaint and lovely for dining and coffee. Some areas for improvement: -the fourth floor was very noisy for sleeping. Perhaps request a different floor or maybe the hotel can replace the door latches that seem to slam at all hours. -staff in breakfast yelled at me for moving the knob on the toaster which was inappropriate and...

"Property was lovely. Room was ok. Slight smell. Bathroom was dated and not that clean. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was delicious."
