Wonderfulwelcome, supersleep; brilliantbreakfast!

Lovely welcome, made up for first impression, looked like it was unloved from the outside. Really big room, all that was needed to hand. Very friendly owners. Sauna and spa bath very nice. The only downside was on the night I stayed there were a lot of children running up and down stairs and they were not quiet (it was just after Christmas), but that was not anyone's fault. However slept soundly when noise lessened in a very comfortable bed and superb breakfast made the children vanish! Would stay again :-)

Terrible

I had the displeasure of staying in the "HoneymoonSuite" here and I can say it is the worst place I have stayed to date. The sheets were dirty, there was candy strewn on the floor, the shower didn't work ~50% of the time, there were BUNKBEDS in the 'Honeymoon Suite' which still baffles me. Are kids expected to stay with mom and dad on their honeymoon? Very displeased with the entire experience sadly.

Lovely stay

My young daughter and I stayed here for a few nights. The staff were very friendly and I would recomend this hotel as a 'Family Hotel', the rooms were extremly clean however the devor was not what I am used to when travelling along - I also found using a key rather than a swipe card very unusual but fitting. I would also recommend the food, whilst not eating at the hotel in the evening, I did see the menu and the food served if it tased as good as it smelled and as good as the cooked breakfast this food would be exceptional

A lovely, quiet hotel

Although only 10 minutes walk from Shanklin Village, this was a really peaceful location. The owners were very helpful (even opening the pool early each day for me) and there can't be many hotels where you have eggs for breakfast from the hotels own chickens!
